Privacy in Porn

I feel that their should be laws for privacy in the pornography business. I feel that the government treats the porn business with no real freedom. IO believe they think the porn industry is just a disgusting business and deserves no privacy. I feel even though porn is not the most respected profession, but it is a career and should be treated like every other corporation in the United States and in the entire world.

My Semester in porn

After taking this class, I found out that it is not as easy as I thought it would be. I learned alot about the history of pornography and how it has been exposed to the public. I found out how interesting it is that porn is just about everywhere you are. I never thought that people think about porn so much. It is so easy to get your hands onto pornography on the internet. All you have to do is just go to google and type in porn. It is as easy as that. I learned that you can find just about any type of porn if you really wanted to. 

But I have to say the most important thing I got out of this class was toaccept other people's views on the different topics of pornography. I learned that other people have different opinions than I do. I am pro porn because I find no harm in pornography, except in some situations when it could be a little bit troubling. 

Child Pornography

I find this blog to be very interesting because it talsk about how everyone thinks the fight between googls vs.t he government is about child pornography, when it is really about children viewing porn on the internet. I think this fight is very goood because I thing the United States government should try and do something to help prevent children viewing pornography on the internet. Even though i believe it to be impossible for the government to do, it is a good thing they are trying to accomplish. I believe it is the parents duty to prevent their children from viewing porn on the internet.

Questions for Mr. Lucas

1) From your perspective, How can gay pornography educate us in a historically segment of society?  To me, I do not see or think that it is possible for pornography, let alnoe gay porn educate people.

2) I do find it interesting how celbrities today are viewed as icons in the worl as we see it now. But, tell me how are gay porn stars idolized in the world to this very moment in todays world?

3)  How does gay pornography compare with regular pornography that is mixed with a little bit of gay pornography in it? 

Indecency

Indecency has been a major problem in the United States culture. The use of dirty words and curse words are used way too much in television today. Need I say more about indecency in the porn world. In the porn industry, the use of swear words are out of control.  They use such words as cunt, fuck me, fuck me in the ass, cocksucker and many more. I feel there has to be more done to prevent this from happening. I know there is the FCC which deals with this problem and helps clean up the vulger language that is used on television, but I do not think that they do a great job in completly stopping it. For example, in one epsisode of the Family Guy, Peter sings a song on how the FCC can not stop him from using profanity, no matter what the situation is. I agree with that, but I also disagree. I believe that the FCC is not 100% successful, but they try their hardest to try and stop the use of profanity or any other unnecessary behavior on televison, movies or on the radio.

Time Magazine

Just the other day I found out that my class cyberporn and society was mentioned in Time magazine. I feel honored that a class that I am taking is recognized to everyone in the United States. Now when everyone laugs at me when I am telling them I am taking a cyberporn class, I can now tell them that this class is mentioned in a highly recognized magazine that is read throughout the whole United States ofd America. Now I feel everyone will have a better understanding of what this class is really about and not just think it is a class all about pornography.

Obscenity

There has been a lot of obscenity in the porn world today. But besides there being obscenity in the porn world, obscenity is shown through television and through the movie business. One case of obscenity in movie business is in the film Pleasantville. In this movie, the use of color is forbidden in the town of Pleasantville. So David who is played by Tobey Maguire, trys to explain everything to everyone is the town about what he already knows. So what he does he tells the owner of the place where he works to continue his paintings through the use of color on his windows. When Mr. Johnson who is the owner starts to paint, he paints  a nude picture of Davids mom in the movie. When the town sees this picture they all start to freak out that this painting was like something that went completely wrong. Everyone thought that this picture was disgusting and was against everything they believed in, so what they all decided o do was to destroy the window where the painting was on and ended up destroying the whole place.

I would want to try and write a little more like this person does, so maybe I can get a better grade then what I got in the first month.</a>

Pro Morgan

Rape is a crime that is commited by mostly men and not women. I agree witht he fact that it is rape if a weomen is not in the mood for sex and the male wants it no matter what.  Even if the male is the womens boyfriend or just a friend. Having sex should always be up to the women, no matter what the situation is. Rape is very dangerous and is always because the male as something wrong with them. Rape occurs because males watch way to much pron and watchign pornography is a heavy cause of why most men rape women.I woudl have to end with that women do not think that they always need sex, that women love rapists and I definatley do not believe that every women in the world thionks that they want to be rapeed or even know someone who got raped.

Re: Airports…A New Place to View Porn?

I willl have to agree with what asl's blog that porn is in the airports
around the world. but it is not all over the airports as this person
claims. With the kid you say is around ten years of age reading
pornography, how do you know he was even looking at the nude picturews
or just reading the articles. Plus, I feel it is good for him even if
he was looking at the nude pictures because his dad is probably letting
his son know early about the opposite sex and how the two genders
differ from one another.  I do have to say it is a little strange
though for them to be reading the porno magazines in the airport and
not in private.  Yes, people can view porn from magazines in
airports, but it is obvious that you can view pornography through
wireless Internet at the airport as well, but you can be anywhere and
view porn through wireless Internet.
